Can you:
1. Check those files exist
2. Read dashboard.go and agent/main.go briefly — assess what they do
3. Create a bare repo on Zurich: ssh git@zurich.inou.com "git init --bare vault1984-dashboard.git && chown -R git:git vault1984-dashboard.git"
4. Init git in that dir, commit everything, push to git@zurich.inou.com:vault1984-dashboard.git
5. SCP the whole folder to james@192.168.1.16:/home/johan/dev/vault1984-dashboard/
