Promotion: James → Chief of Staff
- SOUL.md: Rewritten for CoS role, memory-first philosophy, right-model-right-job
- IDENTITY.md: Updated role description
- MEMORY.md: Logged promotion, new principles
- Session cleanup: removed 2514 orphaned files, 320 stale session keys
- Killed K2.5 watchdog cron (288 phantom sessions/day)
- Moved email webhook from main→mail agent
- Daily reset moved from 4am→9pm (aligned with sleep schedule)
- Added Nightly Maintenance cron (9pm: updates + memory flush + cleanup)
- Consolidated cron jobs: 350→~43 sessions/day
- MC triage: K2.5 embedded in Message Center for email pre-filtering
