No evidence of complete dislocation.\r\n\r\nIndication:\r\neval for subluxation\r\n\r\nComparison Study Date:\r\n5/2/2022, 7/5/2023\r\n\r\nTechnique:\r\nFrontal view of the pelvis with frontal views of each hip. Overlying diaper material degrades assessment.\r\n\r\nFindings:\r\nDiffuse osteopenia is noted with bilateral coxa valga. Acetabula are mildly sclerotic and irregular in appearance. There is bilateral lateral acetabular uncovering of the femoral heads. Coxa breva and coxa magna are suggested. No fracture is seen. Left migration index is approximately 50%. Right is approximately 31%.\r\n\r\nThe sacroiliac joints and pubic symphysis are congruent. No acute fracture is seen.
