Growth arrest lines are noted in the distal tibia and fibula. Physes and articulations are grossly aligned. Prominent plantar flexion of the foot is noted at the talonavicular joint. Soft tissue swelling is suggested without evidence of tibiotalar effusion.\r\n\r\nLeft ankle: Diffuse osteopenia of the ankle and imaged foot is present. There is cortical disruption of the distal tibia with overlying callus concerning for healing fracture. The distal fibula is intact. Physes and articulations are grossly aligned. Prominent plantar flexion of the foot is noted at the talonavicular joint. There is mild soft tissue swelling of the lower leg along the healing fracture site. No evidence of tibiotalar effusion.\r\n\r\nRight tibia/fibula: There is diffuse osteopenia. Growth arrest lines are also noted at the proximal tibia and fibula. No acute fracture is seen. Physes and articulations are grossly aligned. Mild soft tissue swelling is suggested.\r\n\r\nLeft tibia/fibula: Proximal tibial/fibular growth arrest lines are also noted. There is diffuse osteopenia. No acute fracture of the proximal-mid tibia is seen. Healing fracture of the distal tibia is redemonstrated. Physes and articulations are grossly aligned. Mild soft tissue swelling is suggested.\r\n\r\nRight knee: Distal femur growth arrest lines are seen. There is no evidence of acute fracture. Physes and articulations are otherwise aligned. Obliquity of the lateral projection degrades assessment for suprapatellar effusion.\r\n\r\nLeft knee: Distal femur growth arrest lines also noted. Physes and articulations are aligned. There is no evident suprapatellar effusion.\r\n\r\nImages and interpretation personally reviewed by: Christopher Keup, MD","contentAsHtml":"","signingInstantTimestamp":"12/12/2025 4:21 PM"},"combinedRTFNarrativeImpression":{"isRTF":false,"hasContent":false,"contentAsString":"","contentAsHtml":"","signingInstantTimestamp":"12/12/2025 4:21 PM"},"addenda":[],"isFullResultText":false,"transcriptions":[],"ecgDiagnosis":[],"hasStudyContent":true},"shouldHideHistoricalData":true,"resultNote":{"isRTF":false,"hasContent":false,"contentAsString":"","contentAsHtml":"","signingInstantTimestamp":"12/12/2025 4:21 PM"},"hiddenProxies":"","reportDetails":{"isDownloadablePDFReport":false,"reportID":"","openRemotely":false,"reportContext":"","reportVars":{"ordId":"WP-24NkG317hE8Mt8dSEsFcflYw-3D-3D-24LgfGa7Ml6D8XsRxkLp73eIpXP8TiQYNYuMymRrL-2FxFY-3D","ordDat":"WP-24f8SgFxcfMwa67nV3vYbD1g-3D-3D-24IeSrPc1e1cWH2Y9UcEWu97o-2FJvhkn-2FUek8LNltW-2BzRc-3D"}},"scans":[],"imageStudies":[],"indicators":[],"geneticProfileLink":"/app/genetic-profile","shareEverywhereLogin":false,"showProviderNotReviewed":false,"providerComments":[],"resultLetter":{"isRTF":false,"hasContent":false,"contentAsString":"","contentAsHtml":"","signingInstantTimestamp":"12/12/2025 4:21 PM"},"warningType":"","warningMessage":"","variants":[],"tooManyVariants":false,"hasComment":false,"hasAllDetails":true,"isAbnormal":false,"baseSingleMessageUrl":"/app/communication-center/conversation?id=","fullMultipleMessagesUrl":"/app/communication-center?filterType=testResults&filterKey=WP-24NkG317hE8Mt8dSEsFcflYw-3D-3D-24LgfGa7Ml6D8XsRxkLp73eIpXP8TiQYNYuMymRrL-2FxFY-3D","relatedConversationIds":[]}],"orderLimitReached":false,"ordersDeduplicated":false,"isEnhancedAskAQuestionActive":false,"hideEncInfo":false} |
