Interval intubation with ET tube tip at T3 in the mid trachea.\r\n2. No significant change in right upper extremity PICC tip positioned in the distal SVC.\r\n3. Feeding tube tip positioned in the gastric body.\r\n4. Mild increase in interstitial prominence in both hilar regions, likely edema or retained secretions\r\n5. Otherwise peripherally clear chest, no evidence of pneumonia or pneumothorax.\r\n\r\nIndication:\r\nETT placement\r\n\r\nComparison Study Date:\r\n5/17/2022 at 0831 hours\r\n\r\nTechnique:\r\nSingle view of the chest.\r\n\r\nFindings:\r\nThe portable AP view of the chest again shows the bony thorax to be intact without anomaly. There is now an ET tube with its tip at T3 in the mid trachea. The right upper extremity PICC tip remains in the distal SVC, not significantly changed. The \r\nfeeding tube courses to the gastric body. There is a paucity of bowel gas in the upper abdomen. There is mild symmetrical interstitial prominence in both hilar regions. Peripherally the lungs are clear without consolidation. There is no effusion or \r\npneumothorax.
