James a8e8376e39 refactor: extract 133KB geography SVG paths to worldmap.svg 
hosted.html: 188KB → 55KB
worldmap.svg: 133KB (loaded by fetch at runtime)

The giant path element was ruining context windows and diffs.
Map geography is now in worldmap.svg; dot placement stays inline.
