2025-03-08 — Dealspace Deploy Pipeline

Decisions

  • Ownership: Hans owns monitoring, service supervision, DB backups on Amsterdam VPS
  • Amsterdam VPS: root@82.24.174.112, service: dealspace.service, binary: /opt/dealspace/bin/dealspace
  • Deploy flow: Mira builds on forge → SCP to deploy@82.24.174.112:/opt/dealspace/staging/dealspace → POST webhook to http://82.24.174.112:9400/deploy
  • Forge deploy key: Mira's key added to Amsterdam, SCP-restricted to staging path
  • Webhook secret: Pending relay via Johan → Mira
  • DB backups: 7 rolling pre-deploy snapshots at /opt/dealspace/backups/
  • Coordination channel: agentchat (Discord) for group, Telegram for 1:1

  • Webhook secret delivery to Mira (Johan to broker)
