# 2025-03-08 — Dealspace Deploy Pipeline

## Decisions
|
|
- **Ownership:** Hans owns monitoring, service supervision, DB backups on Amsterdam VPS
|
|
- **Amsterdam VPS:** `root@82.24.174.112`, service: `dealspace.service`, binary: `/opt/dealspace/bin/dealspace`
|
|
- **Deploy flow:** Mira builds on forge → SCP to `deploy@82.24.174.112:/opt/dealspace/staging/dealspace` → POST webhook to `http://82.24.174.112:9400/deploy`
|
|
- **Forge deploy key:** Mira's key added to Amsterdam, SCP-restricted to staging path
|
|
- **Webhook secret:** Pending relay via Johan → Mira
|
|
- **DB backups:** 7 rolling pre-deploy snapshots at `/opt/dealspace/backups/`
|
|
- **Coordination channel:** agentchat (Discord) for group, Telegram for 1:1
|
|
|
|
