Task: Azure Files Backup

• Added Docker support (multi-stage Dockerfile for worker + web targets)
• Added docker-compose.yml for local dev with Postgres
• Added Kubernetes manifests:
  • namespace.yaml
  • configmap.yaml
  • secret.yaml (template)
  • web-deployment.yaml (2 replicas + ClusterIP service)
  • worker-cronjob.yaml (hourly + manual job template)
  • kustomization.yaml
• Added GitHub Actions CI workflow (lint, test, build, docker push)
• Added /health and /ready endpoints for k8s probes
• Added Ping() method to PostgresStore
• Updated README with deployment docs
• All tests passing
• Pushed commit 0bb9e9a to zurich.inou.com

Still blocked: Azure testing needs Johan for az login MFA
