GLM-OCR Watch (added 04:00 UTC)
- Model: GLM-OCR (0.9B params, SOTA document understanding)

- Why: Document pipeline + inou OCR

Dedicated OCR Box (decision ~04:00 UTC)
- Hardware: Second TS140 + GTX 970 (4GB VRAM)
- Purpose: On-premise OCR for medical & sensitive documents
- Model: GLM-OCR (0.9B params) — sole OCR engine, NO Tesseract
- Why local: Medical docs (Sophia, insurance, etc.) never leave the house
- Architecture: scanner → james inbox → OCR box (CUDA) → structured text
- Status: Johan setting up the hardware
- Also: Checking Fireworks daily for hosted GLM-OCR (for non-sensitive docs)
- Johan's preference: Does NOT trust Tesseract — noted in MEMORY.md

- Rebooted Zurich VPS — now running kernel 6.8.0-90-generic (was 6.8.0-39)
- Added 3 new Uptime Kuma monitors (Zurich VPS, inou DNS, inou SSL)
- Installed uptime-kuma skill from ClawdHub
- All services healthy (Proton Bridge, Mail Bridge, Message Bridge)
- Claude usage: 68% weekly
- OpenClaw update available: 2026.1.30 → 2026.2.1 (not applied, needs Johan's approval)
- GLM-OCR: still not on Fireworks

- Diana Geegan (Keller Williams) — IMPORTANT real estate email re: selling 851 Brightwaters ($6.35M) and buying 801 Brightwaters. Net at close estimate: $5,944,200 (short of Johan's $6.2M goal by ~$170K). Diana offering to reduce her buy-side fee by ~$85K to help, bringing net to ~$6,029,200. Still ~$171K short. She's asking how Johan wants to proceed. Attachments saved to documents/inbox. Needs Johan's decision.
